Our return period: 90 days

Would you like to exchange or return an item? It’s simple and quick — just follow these three steps!

You can return your order within 90 days of receiving it. Once we have received your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within five business days.

How to return in 3 easy steps:

Step 1: Fill out the return form

  • Download the return form via [link/website].

  • Complete it fully and accurately.

Step 2: Send the item back

  • Pack the items together with the completed return form.

  • Send the package to the return address provided on the form.

  • Make sure the package includes a tracking number (Track & Trace).

⚠️ Note: As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment. A Track & Trace number helps prevent misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund

As soon as we receive your package, we will refund the amount for your order within five business days.
