General Terms

Article 1 – Definitions

Right of withdrawal: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

Consumer: any natural person acting for purposes outside a trade or profession who enters into a distance contract.

Day: calendar day.

Subscription agreement: a distance contract for the regular delivery of products or services over a specified period.

Durable medium: any tool that allows information to be stored for future use.

Right of withdrawal: the right to terminate the agreement within the withdrawal period.

Trader: any natural or legal person offering products or services remotely.

Distance contract: a contract concluded exclusively by means of distance communication.

Means of distance communication: any method used to conclude a contract without the parties being physically present simultaneously.

Terms and conditions: these general terms applicable to the trader.

Article 3 – Scope

These terms apply to all offers and distance contracts. The text of the terms is made available before the conclusion of the agreement. For electronic contracts, the terms are provided digitally for durable storage. In case of conflict, the provisions most favorable to the consumer shall prevail. Unforeseen situations are interpreted in accordance with these terms.


Article 4 – The Offer

Validity: the offer’s validity period is stated.

Non-binding: the offer is not binding and may be changed at any time.

Specifications: a clear and truthful description of products and services.

Rights and obligations: clear information on costs, withdrawal rights, payment, and delivery.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the offer is accepted and the terms are met. For electronic agreements, the trader confirms receipt of the order electronically. The trader takes necessary security measures for electronic transactions. If the offer is rejected or special conditions apply, a justified explanation is provided. The trader provides written information about guarantees, withdrawal rights, and complaint procedures.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Period: 30 days from receipt of the product.

Use: products may only be unpacked or used to assess their nature and function.

Return: must take place within 14 days after notification of withdrawal, with proof of shipment.


Article 7 – Costs of Withdrawal

Return costs: borne by the consumer.

Refund: issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.


Article 8 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made to the consumer’s specifications.

  • Products of a personal or hygienic nature where the seal has been broken.

  • Audio/video recordings and software where the seal has been broken.


Article 9 – Price

Prices will not increase during the offer period unless the VAT rate changes. Any price increase within 3 months after the conclusion of the agreement is only permitted by legal amendment. All prices include VAT and are subject to printing errors.


Article 10 – Conformity and Guarantee

The trader guarantees that products and services comply with the agreement and the provided specifications.

Complaints: defects must be reported in writing within 14 days.

Exclusions: no guarantee applies in case of unauthorized modifications, improper use, or legal exceptions.


Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

Delivery address: to the address provided by the consumer.

Delivery time: within 90 days unless otherwise agreed.

Delays: the consumer will be informed and may cancel the contract with a refund.

Risk: transfers to the consumer upon delivery, unless damage occurs before delivery.
